Products available for sale on this website are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase.

Your representations
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase goods or services on this site. You also warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and true.
Prices
All prices stated on the website are the total price payable including delivery cost, although occasionally there are additional delivery costs which will be detailed in the item and description. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit card or debit card using our paypal payment system. Payment by cheque, electronic transfer may be made by prior arrangement.
Delivery
Dispatch is made within 24 hours via Royal Mail signed for service. Exceptions may occur when the items are of low value and the signed for service may not be used and occasionally courier services may be used to keep prices low on heavy items.
The seller cannot guarantee delivery times and so does not accept liability for any direct or indirect costs due to late delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a reason to cancel the contract. Delivery’s outside the mainland UK or addresses with access problems must notified to the seller.
Returns
Returns Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 working days from receipt. Should you wish to return the goods you will need to return the goods to Breeze (Lancashire) Ltd t/a PickandfixKitchens.co.uk in their original condition at your own cost.
Upon receipt of the goods in their original condition we shall refund your original payment including the charge for delivery. This refund will usually be via Paypal. In the first instance please email at info@pickandfixkitchens.co.uk within 14 days of receipt
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Warranties and Guarantees
Kitchen furniture comes with a 2 year guarantee against manufacturing faults. Faults caused by misuse are not covered. Manufacturers guarantees are specified for Appliances, sinks and taps.
Defects and Shortages
Defects and shortages should be notified to the seller upon delivery or at a minimum 24 hours after delivery.
Design and Fit
The buyer is responsible for the design and installation of the goods and the seller is not liable for any costs due to poor design or installation.
Law
